Backstage Calm is a Meditation, Reiki and sound therapy service based in Solihull and surrounding locations.


Our dedicated team are here to bring calming therapy’s such as individual guided meditations, reiki and sound healing and massage (Indian head and foot massage).


The sessions are designed with your health in mind as we offer you the space to recover, heal and transform from the stresses of the busy world we live in. We will enable you to build a Meditation practice that’s just right for you.


We provide individual sessions from our studio at home and Group sessions from beautiful locations that are ensured to deliver you a tailored calming experience.
